  1. I KNOW what DEFICIT means. Canadians spend less money in U.S. than U.S.ians spend in Canada. It has always been that way as we got to melt the snow till MAY(and that is high heating costs) so Canuks got less cash to spend. That is ALL it means. I don't need to talk to ignorant southerners...as some of them in government are. They don't need our electricity either for their AC during the summer months.
