  9. Seems like Moroun was actually a Moron. He could have worked on redesigning his bridge to have more lanes. Sure it would have cost more than his petitioning (and maybe it could not be done) but it seems he did not care or was smart enough to check out other bridge solutions.? Then again a 92 year old bridge is at the end of its life.(average life is 100 years(maybe 150 if you are lucky) Seeing how the dude is 95, tomorrow maybe his last day. Money can't buy you hair or health. When you croak it's GAME OVER. You are then = to my burnt Presto logs.
