  1. 1000 pages? YOU KNOW it is that big BECAUSE they are using legal mumbo jumbo to hide other bills within the text. THAT ALONE should not be allowed...because it is dishonest. If YOUR BILL IS SO "WEAK" that you have to HIDE IT WITHIN ANOTHER BILL, then it was never WORTH voting on. If it is IMPORTANT and of VALUE - it would be FRONT & CENTER & not cluttered up by other "noise". I would bet the 1000 pages can be whittled down to a single page....maybe a paragraph. Stating Clearly what it is about and why it is important.
