  1. And it is always Lawyers too. (The legal thing they could attempt is put a lien on your business and you can't legally do any more work for ANYBODY. Meaning they shut off your cash flow. Anybody can do it. It costs $15 and you put a lien on their business.) They are the only ones that can take it OFF - - be glad THAT did not happen. . & Lawyers & Accountants are the ones passing off NSF checks. They have the money to go snow skiing and rent a chalet on the ski hill for 2 months(but their in town rental residence they are 6 months behind on rent. I thought Lawyers had "Reputations" they got to keep in good standing? Being always late on "their" rental payments is not a good look. & I was stuck in a hard place because you can't kick people out in the dead of winter(city or state bylaw) The lawyer knew it and was taking full advantage of it. I am just trying to make an honest buck on renting out a home. They are not a safe bet. Better to get a tenant that does not know the law that good. So happy when they moved out after making good on their final payment (I was starting to call the law firm he is a partner in and talking to some of his associates) That might have helped. . Here I call plastic laminate Arborite (because the first I got was from Arborite company) Yeah, superhard to stretch. Their only choice is a putting in a 32" piece that is totally a different color patch (kind of modern look planned that way) You know "NEXT TIME" for there will always be a next time. . sorry for the story.

  2. So, with the steering vibration - nothing was done? Now he knows. It looks like he is slapping this car together for a quick sell. Makes you want to "Lock up the hood again, right?" Too much effort to do and they would notice if you arc welded it shut(sparks) I know you wanna. Gorilla glue works wonders...no stink, no one notices. (basically epoxy glue) But that takes effort. Not a "mechanic thing" to do.(it is in our blood to fix schit.) As it is, it will cost him MORE to buy good rotors and replace those (as he can't turn them without a brake lathe) and turn the rear drums to make them round. The car is safe...it could be safer but it is not what he wants. Why does it stall...he spent the money for a new motor when the problem is in the gas tank. where the fuel pump is. Let him do that work. There are more cars out there that are not POS to work on. You don't need this headache.
