  4. It is irrelevant "noise". It does not matter because being nude in France is NORMAL.(or Sweden) or Australia. Besides, have you never heard of PHOTOSHOP? Any image can be altered. He is a private citizen, so he can SUE HER. She does not pay; the party pays.

  5. If the person was nude in public, then he has no right to privacy. He also is NOT A PUBLIC SERVANT. He never was. In some countries going nude is normal, not illegal at all & U.S. law stays IN THE U.S., it cannot be applied to other sovereign countries. AFAIK HB was overseas.
