I don't care about the magnification on his camera....there is no way he can see the vote markings. Usually voting takes place in a HALL or school gymnasium or some other large open air structure. These rooms do not have "Water-main breaks". Once voting is OVER, no more ballots are cast. Now all the ballots are counted. That includes the stacks of ballot from drop boxes which have to be stored somewhere(sometimes under curtained tables), sometimes in different rooms if it has adjoining rooms. Every voting place is different in their procedure. The elections people are very dedicated to their JOB. Ballots are not shredded for a few years. Each country is different.
