  2. Try "Advanced Voting" voting booths. The lines are nearly none existent. You know you already have made up your mind who you are voting for...and usually the Advanced Voting is on the weekend.

  3. My sister could not get a driver's license with a photo on it as she can't drive. However, she could go to city hall and get photo I.D. from there that identified her with picture I.D. which also was legit I.D. to enter bars. (she looked young for her age), City hall is like another branch of the government so it is all official. She uses that I.D, when going to vote and it is accepted. She did have to pay the $10. for the photograph and it is laminated and good for 5 years(just as a D.L. is good for 5 years)and you also have to pay to renew it because in 5 years you look different. Aging changes a lot of facial features. . But, that is in my democratic country where there is no GERRYMANDERING, limited drop boxes or purging of registered voters. As a student(under 18) I could not vote anyways.18 is the age of majority. (a school photo is NOT A GOVERNMENT ISSUED photo). Just saying. . Never were the lines longer than 10 minutes....as there were many places to vote. Still, I didn't like waiting 10 minutes so I went to the advanced voting booths(meaning I made up my mind and voted 2 days in advance) There is a shorter line, so I waited 2 minutes maybe? It gets put in the pile of votes...then I went home and grabbed a cold beer. I did my duty. Now I could go fishing or whatever.
