Postage stamp costs are outrageous right now and I do not know the cost to deliver the voting ballot, or income tax forms, but I know it is a couple bucks. I don't have $ right now but I have the filled out form. I send it for income tax. For voting, I went to an "early voting place" and did that there early because there is a shorter line(5 minute wait as there were more people there than usual (because of Covid 19 fears) Still, it was not crowded. .
