He mumbled his way through it; this ROACH of a man that Said he could speak better than anyone EVER...yet he really did not say the WORDS (so not really committing himself to BE A PRESIDENT OF U.S. - to take on the responsibilities honorably) he kind of "sluffed" his way through that if I remember correctly - some of the swearing in process is on YT for all the world to see and I guess there is MORE but not televised. He was not committing himself to the role...to honor that role while he was in the WH.
