  2. I do believe you got the example wrong. Fortunately he uses round numbers. He said his plane was $1000,then claimed it to be worth $25,000,000//In your case if you claim $500 then later claim $12,500,000 (which is way more than $5000) That is the true comparative ratio.

  6. It is called "Income Tax". How much INCOME did you earn this year? That is what they tax you on, not the amount you managed to save up or WEALTH tax. Now, as POTUS he earns a set amount. (400,000 a year)That is part of his income....he also earns INTEREST from his bank accounts - that too is earnings so money coming in...if he sells some of his properties....that too is INCOME and added on. . Now, it makes NO DIFFERENCE IF HE DONATES ALL HIS PRESIDENTIAL INCOME ---I normally donate a part of it to a brewery. Makes no difference how he spends it...he is TAXED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT(OF INCOME) So owning a plane is possible for anybody (just stop investing in the local PUB for awhile.) What you buy with your saving is YOURS. . But we know that who ever checks Trump's Income Tax for the year is not good at their job. Mind you, real estate is not a continuous money flow. He may hold onto it for years. before he sells it at a higher price. That is his INCOME.(but only his income when money changes hands.)
