When the former guy got laughs it was because what he said was that of an ignoramus. He talked like a Fool...thinking he is right when the WORLD knew he was wrong. He made a mockery out of his grand intelligence level....we could see the village FOOL had more sense than him. He was ridiculous. SNL could not write better jokes AND "he was dead serious" so he could tell it with a straight face. That is what made it funnier. What are the jokes? I can't remember. Nor trying to. . Biden KNEW when he was telling a joke and they were good.
