If Ukraine went after civilian targets...that is a war crime... so they would lose support from the West. That is the rules of engagement for Ukraine. Besides the war is over faster the sooner Russia does not have fuel or missiles or planes or tanks or ships to use.

@gm7304 Just use extra hardener in in the BONDO and then skin wrap with resin soaked blue jeans...paint grey and good to go.(in the Looks department) If it has to fly=not my department.

Blowing up the dam will cut off fresh water to Crimea which Russia presently has control of, so it would be a detriment to THEM. The instant flooding would wash all the Ruskies on the south side as that is the lower bank(swampy territory) so they lose their foothold there, so while it slows down the Ukes, it don't stop them. The dam is just as important to the R as it is to the U. All they have done so far is destroy the road that goes to the dam...so no heavy equipment crosses.
