  1. Zelensky is not targeting Moscow or St. Petersburg because civilians are not in the battle. However, it is cold there because Putin pulled qualified plumbers & maintenance people away from their jobs to be part of the MEATWAVE attacks. thus the centralized heating system for the city is breaking down and no one is there to fix it leading to ice on the inside walls of homes as the central heating system covers the whole city. Yeah, that stuff must be inspected and maintained. AND THE WEATHER HAS NOT GOT SIBERIAN COLD YET.-50F
