  1. Great on Paper. Fastest way to build it IS ON PAPER. Designers MUST HAVE HAD A "this is WHAT WE WANT as it would have been the ultimate in Tank design" This makes all designers "cream" just looking at the drawings. Hitler was a TANK MAN. So why these feeble attempts? It is confusing Logic. The we can't afford it, so we make lots of cheap failures? Cost-wise it seems to equal out.
