  1. too bad there was no mention about instant coffee. I do know SOME energy drinks that do not have caffeine - some other chemical will give you the Jitters. Did it once. Not planning a repeat. Drinking coffee while watching this.What he failed to mention is that caffeine is in : Coke, Pepsi, chocolate,, other foods(read the ingredients) many drugs.I only made the coffee because I was nodding off...and it is only 5 PM
