Quite informative. Where did the pictures come from to show the colorful spendor of the city gates done up in Blue tile and all that (or is it just an artists imagination?) I did not see any sketch-work in the clay tablets.

Very interesting with original writings to back it up. Origins of the Bible happened here. The Flood story is a regional story as it did not affect Egypt which was also starting out and they were working without a flood getting in the way. When you live in a former swamp which was at water-table height, well as the water rose ALOT, you are gonna get flooded out. Nearly every city was near a water source...and is still built that way today (except for Vegas) . Those ancient cities were HUGE with HUGE WALLS. By todays measurement they are still HUGE. Even as ruins. I did not know there was so many different civilizations in Sumer. Thank you for your effort in producing this work.
