  1. Officially Poland cannot send any(the RULES of NATO) However if there are volunteers. Trouble is Polish language is DIFFERENT from Ukrainian(but at one time Poland was a part of Russia, so STALIN told the various countries they had to learn Soviet speak so Stalin did not have to learn their language. Ukraine knows "Soviet" too, and so does the Russians.

  4. metal pipes last about 50 years. City Works knows this so these pipes are continually being dug up and replaced(in a normal year) But you need men and equipment to do this & they do not like the cold either.
