She wined about budget cuts next year (we get half of this year's) and then said "But Ukraine help is doubled." Ukraine help is MILITARY & HUMANITARIAN budget. So, none of that money would ever go to "Public Institutions" as they cannot (cash in a Leopard TANK.) So the Aid funding is money that has already been spent (maybe in the 1970's)? It still has a value to it even though that money was spent 50 years ago. . Chances are good she is not that OLD to know. My Mom remembers (Auschwitz as she was 15 & Polish) She knows of the Russians who were really rough uncivilized people at that time....and the Partisans were even worse. Hitler was even better for it was Hitler that told the Polish to bake bread and then dry it out so it does not get moldy and put in your sack to carry away on your back. They had some food...and basically nothing else as they were driven away from their homes in Poland. . Germany is so close to the front line and yet people are so clueless? Right now, the neighboring country(Ukraine) is fighting for their lives & DEMOCRACY . They are losing their men to fight for Europe without asking for BODIES to help them...as that will start WW3. Be glad all they ask for is military support in equipment.

That would be definitely true. All industry would be destroyed in Germany becuz Rus are basically stone breaker people. All they know how to do is break rock. Maybe they discovered fire for themselves and maybe not. Very clueless.[ & Nazi's still exist in Germany]
