  1. Your solution Jake, would penalize that farmer. Who NEEDS CHEAP LABOR so you can buy cheap food in the store to feed yourself. Who is working the massive farms? It is cheap labor only so YOU can benefit with lower costs....as farmers pay little to workers that cannot speak English well so YOU benefit in the stores FROM THEIR SWEAT. If they are illegals, then you want to keep the wages low. . This is because you won't work on the farm to fill you belly. Farmers work with a real tight margin(that's why you don't see them in brand new cars, when a farm truck is more useful to them. . This will only happen for a few more years as "inventors are inventing computerized machines to do the picking, sorting, weeding and the like. The machines are already out picking tree fruit and the machine works faster than 6 immigrant workers COMBINED. The initial cost of the machine is high but as they build more the price will come down in half a dozen years. . Machines don't pay taxes, nor do they stimulate the economy. . We will have to PAY TO GET IMMIGRANTS to come to our country to repopulate it or your personal taxes will increase becuz government is ALWAYS spendy. NOTHING IS FOR FREE.

  2. So, right now there is a shortage of workers...there is so much work...so it is working like it always has worked. Keep them illegals and that keeps the wages down for everybody. Legal or other?
