  4. Pretty sure you could get MT tanker rail cars and weld them together for one Last Rocket attempt (Putin only cosmonaut) on a one way trip to the moon. Rocket too heavy using steel? Ah well, you learn something new. Make sure it leans toward Artic ocean. sn it can become a submersible and look for the Moskva while it is underwater. @rotciv557

To join NATO your country FIRST cannot be in an active conflict (war) with any country.(as that would automatically pull in the other countries). . 2nd Your government MUST BE free from corruption. Many Soviet minded people still work in Ukrainian government so are directing cash into their personal bank accounts. I am guessing there is Rule 3,4,5 but I don't know what they are. . Ukraine was neighborly towards Russia, allowing Russian citizens "over the border" and settle in Ukraine all the way onto the Crimea peninsula where it is warmer in the winter "than Russia". That is how it went for many years. They even brought their language...so essentially "Russia town" which is comparable to "Chinatown" in almost every city on the west coast. In the U.S. & Canada they HAD TO SHOW their Chinese Passport and make out the application in China American or Canadian CONSULATE and wait until they are accepted by that country to immigrate there and in 5 or 7 years become an American or Canadian citizen. . Lots of government paperwork....as the U.S. decides when they have enough Immigrants...from China. Essentially the same story for Canada...or Britain. Essentially, that APPLIES for ANY COUNTRY. . Maybe they were a little less restrictive with Ukraine/Russians? .One thing the Chinese couldn't do was DECLARE A PART OF THE U.S.(OR CANADA)(OR BRITAIN) "TO BE A PART OF GREATER CHINA"
