The dam was always in their calculations BECAUSE it can't shoot back, it can't move, it is high tech compared to what is in Russia, it is functional(something Russia never learned) It can be rebuilt but not in a rush while Russia is in Crimea. They are gonna have to buy their water from Ukraine if they want a drink. Obviously being SMART is not Russia's forte'.
