  1. Poland was part of the former USSR so I don't believe Germany can stop them from giving the Leopards to another former USSR state. Same holds true for any other Baltic countries or Romania, or Hungary or whoever else was former USSR territory...if they are willing to part with them...as they were with their T-62,T-72,T-82's.(I am not totally informed on the Leopard agreement tbh) Of course, the 180,000 dead will NOT reach Russians. "It is progressing as planned" will be what Putin will say.
