The assessors number on HARD ASSETS was $620 M( when Donald was claiming he was worth $5000 M (aka $5 B) so he did not get the loan. His "name" Branding" is worth NOTHING. Planned a couple different things for the property as it is 518 acres to a couple of golf courses, but the neighborhood turned down that proposal because their drinking water reservoir is nearby and fertilizers would mess that up. His other proposals were shot down. He bought a property he can't develop at all. A bad investment. The guys looking into it now says it is worth at most 20Million.
