  1. Trump bought the property for 2.25 million (on a different report) and has claimed it to be worth 220Million. Planned a couple different things for the property as it is 518 acres to a couple of golf courses, but the neighborhood turned down that proposal because their drinking water reservoir is nearby and fertilizers would mess that up. His other proposals were shot down. He bought a property he can't develop at all. A bad investment. The guys looking into it now says it is worth at most 20Million.
