  3. @3:40 If T* runs low on money he is going to have to liquidate some of his assets? What assets? The HOTELS with his name on the front were NEVER BUILT by him so not owned by him. He is renting the right to have his name associated with that hotel.(promotional gimmick) His name is now a "Devaluation" for that hotel, so many are saying here is your signage and your name comes off the letterhead because we are going with our original name because it is what was originally proposed & not associated with you. Vancouver, Canada has already done it, Toronto has probably also done it.(it would be in the agreement for the initial licensing contract. Any wise operator would go that route. Legal like. (T* is so full of himself he thinks his name is valuable and will never lose it's value.) Businesses are wiser than that.
