I am thinking that the Dems have a different attack planned. First give the dumb "Duck" a lot of rope so he can hang himself-which he is doing quite well all by his lonesome. That gives the Dems less work as the "Duck" flucks himself. I mean even "his people" are tiring of him and his continuous B.S.. By not laying out their plan early, it is not something he can STEAL FOR HIMSELF "as his idea". He is out of ideas. He has nothing to attack if the Dems do not give him a target to shoot for. Basically they are not throwing him a lifeline to attack DEM ideas or plans. He shows he has nothing. Never did, When he was first elected all he could say was "Crooked Hillary" & "Lock her up" Neither happened...but his crowd of robots ate it up. A nothing-burger...on policies. All he did was TEAR THEM ALL UP& replace them with NOTHING. That is all he has ever done. Nothing, except to benefit his RICHER FRIENDS & himself and FU to the rest of the people. Even "HITLER" did more that was beneficial for the Germans in the first term-which is why he got in a second term. Stuff started to go downhill from there.
