  3. Use Styrofoam. Easy to make and erect in one day and paint it silver so it looks like metal. Should fool Don. No need to blast. Just put in some steel pins and then poke it into the Styrofoam and the wall is up. Not much different than Flintstones blocks which were made out of styrofoam. After a strong wind you MAY HAVE TO COLLECT THE PIECES AND ERECT THEM AGAIN (A MAKE WORK PROJECT) Easy to add to or cut through with an Exacto-knife. Cheaper too, as you can glue the pieces together.
