Delivery trucks are most often RHD So are Postal trucks that do door to door deliveries...as the driver side is on the closest side of the road on LH roads...so he never has to step out into traffic to go to the house to deliver a Pizza.(or whatever). He is closest to sidewalk when in a RHD car. Totally practical.

  3. I am gonna guess there are other noises such as constant shelling"BOOM,BOOM" in the background and the noise of jets flying that the noise of a drone is not that noticeable. (sound travels upward first and is most loud). Then so what if you destroy it. The GPS co-ordinates are already known back at command. The R know that the U is not after the unarmed R soldier. They are after bigger targets like T tanks and oil depots and aircraft and a warehouse. One or 2 soldiers are not worth their grenade bombs.
