  1. Look for a book called Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes. Peter,Peter, Pumpkin Eater (and I don't speak German) It is a rhyme for children maybe up to age 10. I don't know whether the pumkin eating makes any sense (thinking pumpkin pie) or it was just because it rhymed. He had a wife but couldn't keep her (she would be baking pumpkin pies for him to eat all the time.??) At 10 you do not go into deep analysis of it, otherwise how did an egg get on top of a wall?(Humpty Dumpty) since when do eggs "sit"? Like I said , little kids do not ask these questions.
