  1. No, they haven't. They just can't fly over (not enough fuel in the tank) They would have to disassemble them and ship them over. Denmark and the Netherlands CAN fly over as they are so close. Ukraine has been training its future pilots in the U.S. (so they have to learn both, the alphabet(as they use the Cyrillic alphabet) and the English language AND THEN HOW TO FLY F-16 plus also know how to maintain these aircraft....so that means the training of mechanics. [It SEEMS A JET IS NOT JUST A JET AND THEY ARE ALL THE SAME.] I wonder if aliens have the same problem with flying saucers?

  3. Well, they would NOT BE BUYING a new F-16 They have stopped making them replacing them with F-35. F-16 started production 1972, 4600 were built
