There are many people who work in government, so many experts in many different specialized fields so while the president may be the final decision-maker; he has had the best legal minds looking into the subjects and ADVISE the best choice to take. . The "DEBATE" proves Biden does NOT play "golf" He is working, solving problems of the country. Biden got involved & listened to smart specialized advisors & asked questions. . DT plays Golf instead of working. In fact that is the way his STAFF wanted him out of the way so "they could do paper-work". Donnie's staff preferred that way as there was nothing that required the conference & signature of the P.O.T.U.S., so the more golf he played=the more work the GOP staff could do. Basically DT was not there the majority of 4 years Check it out. The Boss was not there most of the time. It is on his timesheet. He only went to rallies or accepting fake awards.
