  4. Mini Homes are only allowed if city bylaw allows it. It has to be 1050 square feet in size on a single floor on a single lot. Otherwise it is classified as a trailer home. Just because someone invents it does not mean it is ALLOWED. You wasted your money to buy JUNK. Maybe OK if you had acreage...but not on a city lot.
