You get the mailed in ballots and drop box ballots and you stuff them in a corner? THESE ARE ALREADY DECIDED AND MARKED. YOU COULD HAVE HAD AN INTERIOR ROOM CHALK BOARD AND THE NUMBERS COULD HAVE BEEN POSTED AS THEY WERE PRE COUNTED >no different than what a Bookie does< [THE OUTSIDE WORLD NEVER KNOWS THE FINAL NUMBER UNTIL ALL THE MAIL IN BALLOTS ARE COUNTED...AND EVEN THEN THE NUMBER IS A SECRET UNTIL "ALL THE POLLS CLOSE IN ENTIRE COUNTRY" that means all 50 states as there may be undecided voters there (and will only bet on the winning horse AFTER THE RACE HAS BEEN RUN OUT EAST(SO THAT IS 6 HOURS LATER BECAUSE OF THE TIME DIFFERENCE. North south don't matter...it is East /West As the World Turns it is a round ball. Polls closed first in Hawaii so it is 6 AM when they hear the final results in NYC as all polls have closed. If they have issues with the counting malfunctioning (as it did happen somewhere, they have a spare to do the counting. It can't go any faster than the world turns.
