It is a moment in time that was quite complicated, as it also involved COVID rules(it seems no trucker ever hopes to become a surgeon - as they have to wear a mask while operating(and they are not dying off like flies becuz they wear a mask) Spray painters also wear a mask (and none of them work well as that spritz gets up the nostrils. I have yet to try a Covid mask to see if it is better protection. So it was this, that, and the other thing...AM guessing the truckers also wanted a Cowl or a free 2 -4 (like BATMAN) to complete his gear. . I guess it is lucky that the Emergencies Act does not include SHOOTING on sight, for it definitely could have got worse. Hind sight is 100% don't cha know?
