  1. The true Canadian response would be "MAYBE but we hope it is positive" aka a Republican politician type answer(just so we can collect our pay checks.) So many people have not watched the Zombie Apocalypse. A handgun won't kill it, you need a "littlepprick". Government is not DOCTORS. First jab and 3 months and you are 86% protected.2nd jab will move that up into the 90+% range. No drug is 100% but your chances of staying out of hospitals is 100% "Unless a new variant comes out that is resistant to the vaccine." Like influenza is that "kind of illness". We have to "tweak the formula EVERY SEASON" for the new variant. A vaccine is a "reduction in harm" unless you want to be put on a ventilator as pneumonia is the end result b4 certain death? Right now the hospitals are Jam packed with Covid patients (the antivaxers) Ball is in your court. You are expecting a CURE. There isn't one yet. That simple. No cure for Cancer either, or the common cold, or Hoof & mouth disease except extermination. Avian flu meant extermination of the flock of chickens.

  2. The Vaccine works on people WHO ARE NOT SICK YET. If you are sick, too late. It is the same for the Flu. You take the shot to PREVENT you from catching the full force of the disease. If you got the flu - TOO BAD FOR YOU. This I learned after I caught the Swine Flu= 3 days in hospital due to complications (never had a FLU in my life and I was 50 & healthy so that knocked me on my butt!) Never Again.
