@fernlenker Yeah, I was wondering that too? Mind you, the outhouse invention (In ancient Mesopotamia, around 2500 B.C.) In the same time period, they figured out how to use water to wash it down to the neighbors drinking water which is how we got Coke-a Cola(I guess) and beer.(still guessing)
Outhouses are used in many countries...Poland, Germany, Scotland, England, Australia, Canada, U.S. at construction sites....dig a hole and build a shed around it and wham-o you got a place to drop a "load". That stays there until the plumbing is installed and even then that is a maybe as the new owner does not want you using their gold toilet. (So you still schit in a paint can or take it home with you and do it at home). It is what it is and has been for 50 years if not longer.
. Having a thatch roof made of straw is not unusual(when there is not enough wood or clay tile, or other materials...you use what is cheapest and available to keep your head dry. It worked in the Prairies where straw is abundant and trees not so much. Sure it blew apart in Tornadoes but not everywhere gets tornadoes. Some are lucky, & some are not.

ATAKMS= ATTACK - MS= EMS (no such word in English language) so ATAKMS IS SAID LIKE Attackems
. Which is Putin most afraid of? The Oligarchs. They can get to him.
.. Leaders come and go. Oligarchs live on and so does their pile of money. They are not paying for this war...Putin is - it is how he is spending his money. Russia is the big bad bear (who is old and toothless and clawless. He roars but it is a mouse squeak. On "paper" Russia is a Tiger by U.S. estimates.
Ukraine has exposed the soft underbelly of army of Russia = "Keystone Cops" Google it & you will see they are ridiculous. Now, farmers of Ukraine (I am not insulting farmers, for they have to battle the weather & various PESTS & DISEASES to have a crop....so like they work 24/7/365 - the "farmers have proven that THEY WERE THE FRONT LINE of the Soviet Union. They have the power in their determination & adaptable & imagination - to be a FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH.
. Yes, on paper Russia has NUKES. The West knows that, but even those have to be maintained(something Russian's do not do well) Some will work & some won't. I have seen some of the ARMS NK supplied to Russia. 1 out of 5 works so when NK supplies 1 Million mortar shells to Russia; it only supplied 20,000 shells that actually work(their maintenance is even worse than Russia)
. All of Europe was behind Ukraine(plus countries that normally did not get involved in wars like Spain, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Denmark) AND Australia & New Zealand(which are not in the EU or NATO)
. Yes, the U.S. has finally got past the LEGAL POLITICS. Just too many Ukrainian Americans to ignore that big body of people. And those of Polish background who are still alive from WWII. Russian's were always the ORC'S

Answer is "NO" EFFECT. While he may be POTUS, the U.S. is "Free Enterprise" economy. They too are a dig and sell economy. So is Saudis Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Venezuela, Canada. Sure, some of them - they have secondary industries and tertiary industries that do not involve oil or gas...like forestry, fisheries, automobile making, house construction, agriculture and reselling goods from other countries. But those goods have to be transported in by truck that needs FUEL They used to come in by railway (which does not use hardly any fuel - - but those rail lines have been torn out as truckers claimed they could deliver it faster(until they couldn't)[the plugging up by the "Evergreen" ship in the Suez Canal for 6 days meant a back log of shipping containers just piled up on their destination ports when they were FINALLY DELIVERED. Then, there was not enough Certified Truckers to haul those containers away to their destinations. (Yes, the rail lines did not exist anymore) Each truck normally took 1 50foot(46M container)especially if they had to deliver in mountainous terrain. Some could take2(B train) as they had flat land to drive over(some even 3)C train. A regular rail train could take +100 containers over flat ground and the train may use 5 gallons of diesel fuel (as it is basically electrical motors) The trucks would have used hundreds of gallons of diesel fuel to deliver them all. Trains take longer cause they got rails they GOT TO FOLLOW but eventually they will get to the destination.

You want away from those commercials. Then Google "Browsers without ads" I picked one, downloaded it and installed it and am using it for 2 months(or years). Ads on Firefox were so bad that it is unwatchable....mainly because I am not interested in the product because it comes from another country and I don't need it.
I chose a browser that has no home page, so it forgets everything. However, I can have numerous windows open at the same time and should it crash because of a power outage; I just need to open that browser and go to the 3horiontal bars up near the VPN in upper right hand corner, click on the bars and go to history. The pc noticed it was not shut down correctly and asks if you want to restore where you last were. Sometimes I have 10 windows open, so I pick the one I know I was there and bam I am there. I bravely asked myself did I get a computer just to watch T.V. ads or not. So far, you tube has not complained about the ad blocking software in the browser.(they worked out some kind of deal) If a site promotes a product it is the site that is actually doing it, not a 3rd,4th,5th party wanting to sell shhit. You can only try it to see if you like that. I have watched 6 hour movies without a break for commercials. When you start with the new browser, it does not know the web sites you like. It does know what YouTube is so, you are off to the races. I have never gone back to Firefox, the worst is Google Chrome, I.E. is useless. I was always a Netscape user using Hotmail as my mailbox 6 years or longer Slowly I am transitioning to GMail with a Hotmail link. as all my I.S.P. have died so I don't have their mailboxes. This browser does not have a mailbox either.
. hey, you only can try it out. It is free.
