That is the way the military does not have to pay out "Death Benefits to the survivors so Russia just says they are all at work on the front in a secret mission/ Putin is really cheap. he can't afford the people finding out that their father or son is dead.   5. I single line fish when I go fishing. If I fish deep and I know there is submerged logs, then I use 50 lb (23KG) fishing line just in case my hook hooks(snags) onto whatever is below. They do not make multi-ton fishing line as it seems the bottom is filled with LITTER. Not worth it to fish in that area.
