  1. You know oil companies. They are going to buy Russian crude oil because it has been CAPPED at $60 a barrel . Brent crude oil is $88. So that is world price. So, $28Barrel less means a bargain. (essentially it is Black Friday sale on oil)on Black Friday sales there is nothing we must have yet we buy more junk because it is on sale mentality) Tell me how it is different?
