Well, there was Margaret Thatcher for Britain who was in for awhile as Prime Minister for 11 years & Angela Merkel was the first female chancellor of Germany. who held the reins for 4 elections(16years) then she had enough of politics. The leader in Finland and Sweden were or are female, the P.M. of New Zealand was female(maybe it still is) (In Democratic countries there are elections every 4 years so that may have changed to a male.)Keeping on top who is leading a country is a continuous Google search, yearly. . Leading a country has been usually a mans job....though a woman has proven she can do it too JUST AS WELL(IF NOT BETTER) THAN A MAN. YOU, ANNA is our leader for Ukraine(for I am certain that Zelensky does not want the job once the battle is finished) He was at the top, so led the battle against Russia "because he was there"....and could speak English too so could ask the U.S. for "bullets" to keep their attempt at Democracy going. No Ukrainian wanted to be swallowed up by the Communist Superpower. ...they gave up their nuclear arsenal with a promise from the U.S., U.K., & Russia that those countries would not attack Ukraine. through the "Manheim Agreement" Russia broke that agreement and well, Ukraine disarmed itself, so it has lost the most. It has also proved that Russia is all "bluster" as they were weapons accumulated from WW2 and nothing newer. This was eye opening. Ukraine was fighting it with "toys" & winning.
