  1. India is benefitting from low oil prices as it is STILL getting oil from Russia.@$60/barrel bypassing the sanctions(as they did NOT choose a side. They sat on the fence not condemning Russia or Ukraine nor not betting on who was going to win. However they were getting oil from Russia at World price of $95/barrel. They were not going to give that up. Yes, the volumes is less as it is transferred oil tanker to oil tanker in the mid Mediterranean as oil does not have source country on the oil (just the TANKER). What Russia receives in return is "rupees" which is India's form of currency. Very few countries deal with rupees. Russian money is now worthless because of sanctions. (However some countries are ignoring the sanctions and still deal with Russia.
