So, the logic is not to destroy Russian cities(as it says it needs the money to rebuild itself) If it is destruction only in Ukraine then the rebuilding money it OWES TO UKRAINE is 100 % for rebuilding in Ukraine. No other excuse. If military bases get destroyed in Russia, military can take years to rebuild or never be rebuilt. So many old tanks are gone. Ukraine became the scrap yard. Which messes with their planting season.

  4. Germany relies on Russian gas for house heat and industries. Anger Russia and they will cut off the gas. They have cut off the gas, but Germany has found a work around I guess.?
