This is where the"BANKS"should put a temporary"HOLD"on their demands 4 rent money(as most apartment complex's are essentially owned by the banks).Banks should realize that it's better to defer the payments 2 a later date in time(or even to take a reduced rate of payment during this time)than to suffer the possible revolt by the renters & the banks are left with M.T buildings with NO renters to fill them."Do a 4th mortgage" at a low rate just to keep the money coming in.Banks can afford 2 do that.
