  1. Modified just mean more quality in the message so people understand better. That is a lot for any candidate to do regardless of age or health. As for the "MINOR" heart surgery to remove a blockage....my dad lasted another 20 YEARS and he had congestive heart disease. He kept active and was mentally sharp.
