  2. Even IF the bill passed as $3.5T - that is OVER A 10 YEAR SPAN. It is not like COAL is illegal tomorrow. So somewhere down the road it will be phased down if not out of the N.A. energy source. Plenty of time for Joe Munchkin to find either another country that is still using it and ship it there....or develop other uses for coal. Landscape rock laid on the ground overtop of pipes carrying water to heat it faster to make GEOTHERMAL ENERGY FROM THE SUN. The carbon stays locked in the coal. Also coal is safe(non radioactive).
