As for wealth, Deutche Bank assessors had a look at his holdings and put THEIR valuations on everything he owns that is Physical(properties, buildings, businesses, actual money)etc. This is what any bank does before a bank loan(to be sure he has the assets to cover the cost of the loan-he has to OWN that already- the fact that it is tied up in Land or a business is irrelevant as the Bank can seize it and LIQUIDATE IT to get their money should the borrower DEFAULT on his loan payments as * was asking for a $ BILLION . Ziggy Stardust markets his NAME at a $ Billion. That is not a physical asset. So to the bank it is worth $0 The assessors pegged his value at $630Million, & his income was not great enough to make payments on the Loan. So they refused him the Loan. No other bank will loan him money either. He burnt those bridges years ago. He is a HIGH RISK. . So as for wealth, he owes the IRS close to $100Million, then he owes 4 other outfits(whomever they may be a total of $400Million in 4 years time meaning he will have to sell his properties or other assets to get that cash together. Once out of the WH he is not protected and the SDNY want to charge him for Trump Tower is one of many properties in NYC he has not paid the correct amount of taxes on. . All mouth and no money behind it.(or brains) He has run out of good lawyers he can STIFF.
