  1. He is leaving NY so that the SDNY can not get ahold of his tax history. They have a rock solid case TO GET HIS TAX HISTORY if he stays in NY. He figures, by moving to Florida, being a different state, the SDNY has no jurisdiction to see his taxes. [They must really be BAD if he is willing to move out of the city where his dad made his Fortune.] (AFAIK Donnie just lost all the money). . Then maybe he is moving to Florida BECAUSE HE HEARD THEY GROW ORANGES so he CAN hide when he goes out for a walk. It is a poor state.& windy when the hurricanes come through.
