  1. He was appraised by Deutchebank appraisers for his actual value of all his stuff. They assessed it at about 650 Million(so all his golf courses and casinoes and hotels that had his name on the front(he was renting out his name) he never owed the hotels. He thinks he is worth Billions when in fact it is a lot less. Appraisers were not using Trumps figures, they went out and evaluated his worth at today's prices.
