They spot check ...meaning a piece at start and at any TIME DURING THE OPERATION...if they find fecal matter they can and will and have the authority to SHUT DOWN THE PLANT. The Inspectors have that Power(after all to protect the food the POTUS eats) so, it matters...right...on them Cheeseburders.
