  1. Entering a bathroom is not an illegal act. Filming while in a bathroom is not an illegal act as no one was doing anything. You just saw a closed door stall. Nothing else was happening but they were waiting for her...and talking through a wall at her. Not going to find it as being illegal in any police manual. I can only see a JUDGE throw it out.
