Student Loans is "something the student decided to undertake rather than go to work--he is avoiding work. So either he has a decent bank account from when he was working to allow him to do this. Extra education is no different than taking a Cruise holiday= it costs money. No forgiveness of the loan but maybe extending the payback period would also be popular.? Nobody rides for FREE. LIFE LESSON. His extra education was so he could get a better job, so once he scores that , then paying off the debt would not be an issue.
